Discovery Phase
Solar Velocity conducts interviews, using a detailed project questionnaire, to gain a conceptual understanding of your business goals. This includes gathering and defining your requirements and objectives, target market, competition, and business and marketing strategies. After the interview process is completed, Solar Velocity will have a detailed overview of your project’s goals and objectives.
Design Phase
Solar Velocity’s team of experts uses information gathered during the discovery phase to develop a detailed design specific to the goals and needs of you, our client. This design becomes the guideline for the construction phase of the new project.
Development Phase
Solar Velocity’s teams begin constructing the new project by implementing the plans from the design phase. This intensive, detailed internal effort follows exact step-by-step procedures developed by Solar Velocity that ensure accurate completion of the project.
Deployment Phase
Solar Velocity performs rigorous usability and performance testing to ensure compliance with all quality standards so that the final project will perform to your organization’s expectations. Once fully tested and approved, the project is “rolled out” and placed into full production, ready for immediate use by your organization.
Analysis Phase
Periodically, or as requested, Solar Velocity analyzes completed projects for quality and applicability. This is particularly important when innovative or new marketing techniques become available. When warranted, Solar Velocity recommends updates, new programs, or enhanced marketing strategies to ensure our clients maintain the most current and highest quality technology to fit their needs.
